Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Pexovar Studio ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and run our services. We don't sell your data, and we don't spam.
1. What we collect and why

2. What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
- We don't use invasive tracking (no Facebook Pixel, no session replay tools)
- We don't put you on drip marketing sequences without permission
- We don't share your enquiry contents beyond Pexovar staff
3. Cookies & similar
Our site uses minimal cookies and browser storage:
- Contact form draft (localStorage) — saves your progress so you don't lose what you typed if you close the tab
- Google Fonts — served by Google's CDN, which may set its own cookies
- We do not currently run analytics cookies. If we add Plausible or Fathom later, we'll update this policy.
4. How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months in our email (Hostinger) and CRM for follow-up. Server logs are rotated after 30 days. Draft data in your browser is cleared on successful form submission or when you clear your browser storage.
5. Third-party processors
Your data may pass through:
- Hostinger — hosting & email (India / EU servers)
- Cal.com — only if you book a call (their privacy policy: cal.com/privacy)
- Google Fonts — typography CDN
- WhatsApp — only if you click the WhatsApp button (Meta's privacy policy applies)
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (India DPDP Act, GDPR, etc.), you may have rights to:
- Request a copy of what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Object to processing or withdraw consent

7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS across the site, encrypted secrets storage for deploy credentials, limited access to the inbox, and regular security updates. No system is 100% secure — but we treat client data with the same seriousness we'd want our own treated.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. For material changes, active clients will be notified by email.
